Tree blocking public footpath

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2208202.

At around the site highlighted there is a tree down blocking the path. generally however the public footpath around the school/football fields and rugby field are neglected and overgrown and in some places significantly encroached by brambles. It is also more difficult to gauge what is underfoot and could contribute to falls.
