Overhanging tree

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2223747.

Although a lovely tree the branches do overhang both my properties a lot - The Little Coffee Shop - this tree shades the coffee shop and I am concerned there may be future problems. On the other side is Tiddlers nursery - this tree overhangs the play area . This is one of the trees in the memorial garden (copper birch)
