Loud ice-cream van

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2225054.

The ice cream van is roaming around our neighborhood with a very loud out of tune chime that is really painful. He's come every day this week and I had enough. Are there any regulations on this activity?
