Dead tree fallen across River Chew which could be climbed on by children

A dead tree has fallen across the River Chew.It is about 30 metres south of the pedestrian bridge from the Bath Hill East car park towards the Leisure Centre. It is a danger as children could climb on it. It is also obstructing the flow of the river.
