The temporary bollards have fallen down and I have tied one with tape to keep the steps secure. The whole section of railings to the bus stop are loose, the diagonal supports are separated from the vertical supports and the vertical supports have lifted from the lead bonding and need repairing. anyone falling against these will cause them to fail and potentially fall onto the highway.

What is happening please? It seems there’s been no activity since September 2020; and then it was only exchange of emails.

The situation with the railings has deteriorated since September. The bollards have been removed and the railings are so wobbly they are close to failure. I witness drunken youths trying to break it a month ago. How long before this is repaired? it's a major Health and Safety issue and 6 months after reporting it's still not been repaired.
