Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2232706.

Hi This is the 3rd time I have reported this issue in 3 weeks. The grass area on the junction of Lockingwell Road and Heathfield Close has only been cut by BANES once this year. It is now between 18 - 24 inch high. A BANES employee strimmed the edge following my first report but nothing has happened since. When out running I notice all other council maintained grass areas are regularly cut but this has not been touched by BANES since May 2020. Can someone please resolve this or should I have to make a formal complaint to get a resolution.
