3 trees on this island need attention
Reported in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 13:09, Thu 6 August 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 months, 2 weeks, 21 hours, 26 minutes later. Council ref: 2233397.
Really overhanging the road and vehicles are taking it upon themselves to avoid the low branches by driving the wrong way down the road. Frequently the branches fall onto the pavement after being hit by high vehicles so this could injury a motorist/pedestrian

The trees and vegetation are not the council's responsibility as the land they are growing on is in private ownership. This enquiry has been referred to Highways who can take the apropriate action regarding the landowners responsibilities to highway users.
