Overgrown Ash Tree between Emmaus House and Bellaways Build
Reported in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 15:17, Thu 6 August 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2233617.
The overgrowth of an Ash tree and hedging between our property and the new Bellway’s build is now becoming a danger

Bellways have seen to the hedgerows to the right of our property. i.e. width of both sides but not the height, which seems very short sighted! The first photo is the Ash overhanging Sleep Lane. The other two photos are trees overhanging Sleep Lane to the left of our property with an amount of dead wood and weight over the road. We have just had the crowns of trees in our garden lifted and I am sure this gives them new life as we try to protect our environment. I understand that all to the left of our property is the responsibility of the Local Authority. I thank you for your attention and HOPEFUL ACTION before the winter winds set in and an accident occurs. Ann O'Sullivan
