Damage to banking and dislodged boundary stone on Butham Lane.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2242403.

Following today's re-cyling & refuse collection on Butham Lane the banking has large tyre tracks exposing tree roots and the final boundary stone alongside our bin storage area has been displaced. The only large vehicles to have been along the lane today are yours. See attached photos.

  • Do you have an update on this please? If you are not taking any further action then I will attempt to repair the stones before any more soil escapes onto the lane. It was only left so that you could see the damage and recent rainfall has started to erode the soil. Thank You
