Overgrowth of vegetation from HEdgemead Park obstructing pavement on lower hedgemead road

The pavement on lower hedgemead road is currently not passable for pedestrians due to the overgrowth of vegetation from hedgemead park, in places the pavement is fully obstructed and the growth is starting to hang over to the road as well.
