Bindweed and plant growth spilling over from public/council space into gardens and causing damage to property/fences

Reported in the Overgrown vegetation in Council parks and green spaces category anonymously at 09:21, Mon 24 August 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2260129.

This has been happening for months now, and though we've tried to cut it back from our side it grows back so quickly - it needs tackling from the source of the problem, which is the council land behind all of our homes. It is causing our fences to rot.
