Blocked drains x 2

Reported in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 12:06, Thu 27 August 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 months, 2 weeks, 4 days, 20 hours, 56 minutes later. Council ref: 2266181.

Drain 1 at St Keyna Rd/West View Rd junction. Has been reported and cleared before but continues to be a problem because of debris in St Keyna Rd gutter - growing plant matter (never cleared) and trees dropping twigs (the trees require attention as they contain dead branches)

Drain 2 outside 34 West View Rd (my property). Not been a problem before and there is nothing on the surface so assume problem is actually in the drain. Heavy rain causes puddle in gutter alongside drain

Thank you
