Overgrown weeds completely blocking the pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2266321.

There are huge overgrown weeds (buddleias) on the pavement outside St Saviours Junior School opposite no. 19 and 18 Brookleaze Buldings which makes walking along that pavement impossible as well as exiting a parked vehicle on that side of the road. Can the weeds be removed asap. Thank you.
