The footpath alongside the A431 from Northstoke Lane to Swineford is practically non existent in places and pedestrians have to step out on to this very busy and fast road. The kerb edging has disappeared on a very sharp bend of the road and there are nettles and brambles obstructing anyone trying to walk along the path.

This footpath beside an extremely fast and busy road has been neglected for many years. It is obvious from the state of the path and overgrown verges that it has not had any maintenance for a very long time. What was the point of raising the footpath at the bus stop on this path when it is impossible to walk on the footpath to this bus stop let alone get to it if someone has mobility problems?
