Trees and shrubs obstructing public highways and footpath

Reported in the Overgrown vegetation in Council parks and green spaces category anonymously at 08:50, Wednesday 2 September 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2274336.

Park is looking lovely and very well tended but tree and shrubs now block park entrance and public highway. I asked park team and was advised to report as they will not cut until January Febuary

Updates

  • It appears that the council has trimmed the sides of the hedges surrounding the park on the corner of Kensington Gardens and Upper East Hayes, but totally missed cutting the tops off back to the height of the railings, as it has always been done in the past.
