Slot drain across pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2274645.

Opposite Mr Bs Emporium, there's a recently completed building and associated concrete slab paving with a gully drain and steel cover across the pavement from a downpipe. The metal cover isn't securely seated and pivots when stepped on.
