Reported in the Excessive or dangerous littering category by Simon Lewis at 13:45, Wed 2 September 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 day, 19 hours, 44 minutes later. Council ref: 2275058.
Image also shows weeds growing curbside this I have noticed is common in the bath area, this is caused by ditritus accumunating so weeds can take hold it is the street cleanses job to clean from boundery walls on pavements obviously due to the amount of weeds growing a shoddy attitude is being allowed by senior management, if there is a manpower problem, redeploy if not get a grip as we pay a lot in council tax
