Overgrown pathway

Reported in the Overgrown vegetation in Council parks and green spaces category anonymously at 19:36, Wed 2 September 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2275688.

The footpath between Bailbrook Lane and Swainswick Lane has been mostly cleared of overgrowing vegetation twice now this year, but on both occasions the top stretch of the path has been left, and is now verging on the unusable.

  • Still nothing has been done, various excuses offered, but no progress. This has been the case all year since the spring. Surely the top 20-30 yards of the path should be kept in the same condition as the rest of it, or the whole point is lost.
