Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 hours, 20 minutes later. Council ref: 2277841.
Weeds and debris along pathway. Council are supposed to have this area on an eight week cleaning schedule but have not been around for a very long time. Please contact me direct if you cannot work out where this is. It is between Excelsior street and broadway and the pathway does belong to the council. Many thanks.
