Pavement backedging damaged

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2278774.
The pavement back edging to the pavement has been moved downwards so that the two ends are sticking up around our water meter causing a trip hazard to all pedestrians, thank you
