Hello my name is Petra, I am the Facilities manager at Spring Wharf in Bath. I have noticed a few H&S issues that I thought I will bring to your attention. The first one is a trip hazard(broken tiles), to protect the public, I have used our parking sign. The another one is the sign in the pathway I have noticed a couple of people walked into it and hit their head. I will leave you to action on it. Will you please update me when this can be done? We are taking our parking sign inside over night, therefore there is a risk of harm.
