Hi, I live at 50 woodpecker avenue ba3 4nn, I have just installed a new fence at the bottom of my property, my problem is, a chain link fence which was the old perimeter of mardens factory, which is stopping me maintaining the fence and the weeds and brambles that grow between it, I would take it down myself, but it looks that it’s all one piece, and I don’t want to brake any rules, if any, the old posts are no problem, in fact they help protect the fences, it’s just the Chain link, if we could have it taken away, it would help me and My neighbour Keep our side of the footpath clear, and keep our fences looking nice, kind regards ..... Thank you for your enquiry. The lane at the rear of your property is not adopted highway or council land and is still under the responsibility of the developer. You will need to raise your enquiry with them.
