This is still a problem. Forcing pedestrians to walk in road

Please can this situation be resolved as soon as possible as it is very dangerous for children walking to school. Please ensure that the existing path is cleared of undergrowth, as it appears rather perverse to residents that a new path is being constructed whilst the existing one is obstructed.

This problem STILL has not been fixed! I have even emailed the local councillor Ryan Wills now to try and get someone to action this. Get it fixed, it is extremely dangerous for anyone walking on the partial path.
