Ongoing rubbish issues
Reported in the Household bins left out early or after collection day category anonymously at 08:19, Thu 17 September 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2298687.
This is an ongoing issue with this property. I live in flat 3, 13 Paragon (opposite Bath Museum of Architecture). Rubbish is always being left incorrectly outside by one (or more) of the flats within this building and consequently it’s not being collected. This morning, big cardboard boxes have been put out, which is taking up the whole space in front on the main entrance. No doubt they’ll still be there this evening. There’s also a box of rubbish which has not been collected by the council for a couple of weeks now. I understand the council’s stance on not collecting rubbish that hasn’t been put out correctly. But by simply leaving it week after week causes more issues, and makes the place look really unappealing. Numerous letters have been sent to the flats in the past but sadly they just get overlooked. Your help would be appreciated. Thank you, Anna
