Recycling on entire street not collected (Julian Road - Montpelier/Brunswick Place)

Crew did not come to collect recycling (green boxes and blue bags) on Thursday morning for all the buildings on Montpelier/Brunswick Place on Julian Road. Recycling has to left outside as residents told the recycling *might* be collected at at later date - with the wind, the recycling is now blowing over all over Julian Road near cars which is both unhygienic and dangerous (and getting caught in the mountain of weeds on the street!).
