Dangerous and misleading steps in the area outside of ZiZi's restaurant

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2301337.

I've witnessed many accidents on these steps over the past several years. Most recently a nurse fell down and had to get taken to hospital as the steps are very uneven and not fit for purpose. I can see that this has been reported before under reference 1296299
