Water coming from possible underground stream.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2302420.

Lots of digging because of underground stream in the past. Now though, the water is coming up through the tarmac path. It’s on the corner of Cotswold Rd and Hiscox Drive, Bath.
