Foliage and greenery starting to grow into the path make path at the top narrow.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 months, 2 weeks, 5 days, 18 hours, 55 minutes later. Council ref: 2309068.
The pathway at the top of Phillis Hill the thistles/nettles are starting to grow over the path making the path very narrow. I know this is the only path route in and out of Paulton from the secondary schools in Midsomer Norton. My concern is that the children will be walking on a very narrow path, that seems to have turned into a very fast road (although this is a 30 mile an hour speed limit, cars just don't seem to stick to the speed limit). Many thanks :-)
