Concrete path is now a trip hazard as its breaking up and the retaining wall could collapse

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2311214.
There is a concrete path than runs in front of 30, 32, 34, 36 The Weal. The concrete path outside 36 is breaking up and is now a trip hazard. It just needs re concreting.
The retaining wall outside 36 The Weal also has a large crack which is getting progressively worse and needs attention and the capping is also loose in certain parts of the wall and in same places as fallen off.
