Postbox gone

Reported in the Railings, bollard, & post damage category anonymously at 14:09, Saturday 26 September 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2312833.

A car seems to have hit the wall. As a result, the postbox has been removed. This happened in August and there is no sign of any repairs. The postbox was well-used by residents as they walk off the estate, or as an easy place to stop the car to post something if driving. There isn’t a suitable alternative for quite a distance. Please can you arrange for the post box to be replaced as a matter of urgency, even if the repair to the wall takes longer.
