Poor road surface and gravel on blind bend of Stockwood Hill and Stockwood Vale

Would like to report a 'near miss incident'. Cyclist came off bike yesterday (27/08/2020) on the bend at the bottom of the hill due to a combination of poor road surface and accumulation of gravel. It was lucky that there was no oncoming traffic at the time.
