Pothole on Whitchurch Lane / East Dundry Road

Reported in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 07:48, Tuesday 29 September 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2316275.

Very big long 6inch deep pothole on a narrow road close to Manor Farm, no way to avoid it because of high hedges, also difficult to spot when pothole is flooded with rain. Dangerous to small cars- I had two tire punctures/bent alloys on the same side which hit the pothole. (was driving 20mph). Lots of debris there too and several other potholes.

Residents of area say the potholes have been there over 6 months and been reported lots of times. Several accidents have happened there now because of this pothole- can be seen on fixmystreet website.
