Loose (and noisy) pothole in middle of Wellsway

Manhole cover in centre of photo is loose and so it makes a clanking noise when every car goes over it. That's a lot of cars on Wellsway so the noise is happening all the time. It started at the weekend and is in front of 647 Wellsway (BA2 2UE?).
