Outside 1 Anglo terrace and beside traffic lights there is a lot of refuse which has been there for many weeks

The rubbish is mostly from the bins left outside these premises but passers by are dropping all the bottles and cans and as there’s no street cleaning it never gets taken away. The weeds are so bad it collects there and is a mess. The area past the steps to Walcot parade is also very littered
