Tree overhanging private property at 6 Avon Park

I have a tree overhanging my property that’s causing me a lot of concern because branches are becoming rotten and dangerous.

The pathway next to 6 Avon park is not owned by the council so if the tree is growing here then I'm afraid the council can't help. If the tree is growing on the old Railway Line then please confirm and an inspection will be arranged.
We've looked into this report and are investigating the issue. We will update this report once we decide what action to take.

The tree is located on the Railway line at the side of our house and branches are falling into our garden and dangerous to my car parked on the driveway and anyone whose walking up the lane or in my garden,please can you help!!

Tree has been inspected and essential works to prune back from adjacent properties is included in the tree works programme.
