Tree overhanging private property at 6 Avon Park
Reported in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 13:53, Wed 30 September 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2318867.
I have a tree overhanging my property that’s causing me a lot of concern because branches are becoming rotten and dangerous.
The pathway next to 6 Avon park is not owned by the council so if the tree is growing here then I'm afraid the council can't help. If the tree is growing on the old Railway Line then please confirm and an inspection will be arranged.
We've looked into this report and are investigating the issue. We will update this report once we decide what action to take.
