Light out as you enter middle row of Charlotte Street car park
Reported via mobile in the Street light fault category anonymously at 21:15, Fri 2 October 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2322588.
First light out and also the third one along from it. The first one hasn’t worked for months and it’s very dangerous walking through a dimly lit car park especially now the clocks are about to change.
We've looked into this report and are investigating the issue. Many of the lights in the car park are past the point of repair and we are hoping to upgrade these lights completely with new and more reliable equipment. We will update this report once we have more information.

Lights still out on Friday 30th October - some 28 days since my first report. The first picture is with flash and the second is without. It is extremely dangerous especially now the clocks have gone back for anyone walking through this unlit section of car park and being the first part you come to cannot be avoided by selective parking. Something needs to be done before someone falls or is attacked

We can confirm that the parts needed for the upgrade of the lighting in the car park are on order and are expected to arrive in January. We anticipate that our contractors will be able to start work near the end of the month after the parts have been received.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the lack of lighting. Further updates may be added here when available.
