The Rubbish is outside the closed Salvation Army Home they haven’t any bins and the Rubbish blows down Bathwick Hill .

Reported via desktop in the Business bins left out early or after collection day category anonymously at 13:07, Mon 5 October 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2326090.

Because there are no bins just bags these are torn open by the foxes and the rubbish blows down Bathwick Hill , I am sure many people will think it is the UNI students dropping the litter. If at least bins could be delivered it would help. I do have a separate photograph which I can send by email.
