The Rubbish is outside the closed Salvation Army Home they haven’t any bins and the Rubbish blows down Bathwick Hill .

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2326090.
Because there are no bins just bags these are torn open by the foxes and the rubbish blows down Bathwick Hill , I am sure many people will think it is the UNI students dropping the litter. If at least bins could be delivered it would help. I do have a separate photograph which I can send by email.

The Council Have removed the rubbish but unless large bins are delivered the problem will be just the same in a few days, Please deliver Bins
