Overhanging tree

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2328255.

I initially contacted you on 17/09/20 re the trees overhanging my garden and was advised that it was Keynsham town councils problem but they have since come back to me and said the trees were your responsibility and they referred the problem back to you. To date I have not heard a word from you. Can you please advise if you will do anything about this problem. Thank you. Mrs Lyn Dorey
