Water coming out of manhole cover in heavy rain

Reported via mobile in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 10:55, Wed 7 October 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2329770.

This is a ongoing problem when there is heavy rain. Water comes out of the manhole by Cherry Grove and runs down the Road towards Bellifants . The water running down the road is approx 700mm wide. Traffic then has to drive through the water because of the road width. This is a fast road and vehicles driving through the water makes the footpath dangerous. There was a mark on the manhole previously saying blocked drain. This needs sorting Asap.
