There is a permanent puddle outside no 27. It expands in size every time it rains across from the far end of the disabled parking bay, across the pavement to the gate ( you can see the tide lines on the photo). When the puddle subsides, the mud dredged onto the pavement becomes very slippery. The gully in the crossing which is supposed to drain the water is pointless because the road slopes towards the pavement and therefore the gully fills instantly every time it rains.
