Every year resident has the same problem. Leaves , seeds are blocking gutters and entrance to the back of the property. With the heavy rain it can be dangerous.

We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention. There is not a Sycamore tree the council is responsible for overhanging 17 Welton Grove plus please see information below regarding detritus from trees growing on neighbouring land:- Leaf, blossom and other natural detritus loss from trees is a seasonal occurrence, and they can travel some distance before coming to rest, particularly if it’s windy. It is not the responsibility of the tree owner, in this case the council, to clear leaves that have fallen onto a neighbour’s land. This cannot be prevented by pruning.
