Underground spring flooding pavement outside No 25.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2342816.
Outside No 25 Hillview Road there is stagnant water causing smell with constant water lying on path. People have to walk in the road to avoid the mess. Wessex water have checked and advised not a water leak. Underground spring has been causing the problem for over 6 months, it will become a ice rink when it freezes.
