Damaged pavement/kerb causing a fall/injury

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2344053.
Resident reports they were walking from the traffic lights down the High Street adjacent to the river towards the bus stop and approx 20 metres before the bus stop, tree roots have forced up a kerb stone by approx 50mm causing residents wife to fall and cause injury. Email also sent to Highways detailing incident.
