Recycling debris in the road

Reported via desktop in the Fly-tipping category anonymously at 18:36, Sat 17 October 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2345448.

I found an envelope with my address some distance west of our property a couple of months ago. I was surprised to find two cardboard boxes today - one with our name on, the other was our veg box - over 500m west of our property. It has obviously been dropped by the recycling lorry. I appreciate the work the collectors do, but I am not happy to find personal things on the road. I also litter pick along the road, and I'm beginning to wonder if some is from the recycling lorry. I would add that I a a Flood Rep for BANES, and the road debris blocks the gulleys so there are wider implications. It would be good to speak to someone. Also, at the junction of Moorledge Road and A368 is a gas canister. Can this be collected? Thank you.
