Laura fountain in Laura place crumbling. Chunks of stone falling away. Would NOT Cost much to repair?

Parts of the exterior have crumbled, currently into the fountain but with winter, frost coming, potentially a lot more destruction and maybe Directly into the road . Could a local stonemason be employed to repair? It doesn’t look a big job ...... at the moment.! Thank you
