Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2361970.
The original case 2306544 was closed stating "We have looked at this issue and included it in an existing programme of work. The report is now closed, further comments may not be monitored." but yet the problem persists. Local Cllr has tweeted for immediate action.

This drain will be dealt with as part of our cyclic gully cleaning maintenance program. The Highway Inspector has confirmed in the meantime, this drain will not cause any flooding issues as the water will flow downhill to the next gully outside of no 31 which is clear and working.
