  • Some holes were not filled and some partly filled, leaving puddles uphill of the filling, or they were not filled up to being level with the surrounding tarmac. There's banks of gritting material encroaching from the sides of the road. The whole area needs tackling properly rather than a few perfunctory attempts at patching.
