Water coming up through tarmac and has been for a year.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2375324.

Water leaking up from ground through tarmac. Fault was there before resurfacing was carried out last year. Highly dangerous with winter coming and it is on virtual pavement so risk of ice and slipping.
