Bollards with no reflected sticker

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2377995.

Resident reversed van into the bollards which hasn't have any reflecting sticker attached. No visible

    Please refer to my initial telephone conversation regarding location of post. So far you have sent two emails nowhere near where I described the post to be. Please forwards this to the relevant department, so they know, where they are going. And what they are looking for. Leave Mead Lane and turn into Avon Lane. Approx 150 meters on left is small tarmac road to gate by foot path. In the mean time, I will carry on filing in the form for compensation. Thank you P Smith
