Dip in pavement
Reported via desktop in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 13:27, Mon 9 November 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2378475.
A localised area of pavement outside my house has sunk and this is causing the underside of cars entering or leaving my drive to scrape. I had concluded that the dip was caused when the water metre was installed, accordingly, I wrote to Wessex Water. However, their representative attended my house on Saturday (7th November) and he decided that it was more likely caused when the plastic gas pipe was installed. He therefore, recommended that I contact yourselves and seek a repair to the pavement.
